TARRIFS FOR 2010
Summer is High Season, with July and August the most popular time for visitors. Spring and Autumn seasons can be just as enjoyable as the High Summer months and sometimes provide even more value for the visitor. Apart from benefiting from reduced weekly rates, the sea bird passage and passerine migration is at its best during these months.
Tarrifs Spring/Summer 2010
May, June, September
€100 per night per cottage, any day of the week.
€350 per week - start on any day of the week.
Each cottage sleeps 4 people. For smaller parties contact us for details
July, August
€500 per week - any day start
€100 per night - 3 nights minimum
Groups
We are happy to welcome groups and can combine cottages to provide accommodation for up to 14 people. Please contact us for further information or to discuss your requirements and rates.
TERMS
Deposit required of 50% to secure booking. The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservations are made with less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment will be due at time of booking. Short stays; full amount to be paid on booking. We accept payment by Bank Draft or crossed cheque in Euro, Pound Sterling or US dollars.
Price Changes
We guarantee that the price of a particular reservation will not increase from the time of booking. Cancellations and Refunds We regret that we must impose the following cancellation charges, so travel Insurance is highly recommended: 30 days or more prior to arrival - a Cancellation fee equal to deposit paid will be charged. Less than 30 days prior to arrival - all monies paid will be forfeited.
Complaints
Whilst every care is taken to ensure complete satisfaction with your cottage, in the unlikely event of you having cause for complaint, please contact us immediately during your vacation so that the problem may be dealt with swiftly. We will endeavour to resolve all issues to your satisfaction.
